Rob Churgovich joined Jarrett in 2013. As the Vice President of Human Resources, Rob is responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources Department, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance and benefits administration. He gained his first exposure in HR at Jarrett as an HR Coordinator, and obtained three promotions in 4 years. Prior to Jarrett, he worked at Medina High School for 2 years, and in 2015, became a SHRM-Certified Professional. Rob studied human resources management and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Akron.
In his free time, Rob loves spending time with his wife and three kids, is active in his church, and enjoys fishing year-round in Ohio.
