Describe your job in 20 words or less?
Providing exceptional customer care to our clients working alongside a great team with the same goal in mind. Provide training to new hires.
Favorite memory at Jarrett so far?
Customer visit to Boston-stopped at WORLD famous bakery that made one-of-a-kind cannoli’s, my favorite dessert. Tourist buses were lined up and we waited an hour to get a cannoli. It was worth it as it was the best!!
What is your biggest goal right now?
Continue providing best customer care, keeping customers happy! Help with training new hires.
Why did you decide to join and stay with Jarrett?
Lost my job during slow economy, joined Jarrett Logistics with great opportunity of growth and advancement for me.
Which employee perk does Jarrett offer that you enjoy the most? Why?
Wellness program. Good incentives to stay healthy and receive money to spend if you make your goals.
Who has been a mentor for you here at Jarrett? How have they helped you?
Jared Williams. Always encouraging me to grow, to step out of my comfort zone. Just by caring.
What advice would you give to recent new hires?
Be patient, be positive and learn as much as possible.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned in your time at Jarrett?
You are never too old to learn and become a better you.
How have you seen the organization and/or industry change over the course of time that you’ve been at Jarrett?
Company continues to grow by taking advantage of new technology in the industry.
How does your team provide value to Jarrett clients?
Works collectively as a team to provide best customer care to all our clients.
How has technology evolved in your time at Jarrett?
New technology evolved which help make our manual processes automated and our daily tasks became easier and streamlined.
How does Jarrett and their employees serve the community?
Participates in Make a wish, Gary Sinise Foundation which includes other programs as well.
How would you define Jarrett’s success?
They promote the company’s core values, great work environment and employ the best people.
What do you envision Jarrett looking like in the next 20 years?
Continuing to grow as one of the top Logistics providers in the industry.
What advice would you give your 20-year-old self?
Keep a positive attitude, build a strong work ethic, but know time will go fast so enjoy what you do.

What job did you have when you were 20?
Billing job at a trucking company.
