Also, freezing rain and sleet with ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch is expected for areas further north where an arctic air mass remains. Meanwhile, heavy rain, ice and mountain snow continues to impact parts of the west coast. Missouri
Ice Storm Warning remains in effect until 3 PM CST this afternoon
- Significant icing. Additional ice accumulations between two tenths and one quarter of an inch.
- Impacts: Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute.

- Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations up to two tenths of an inch.
- Impacts: Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

Flood Warning remains in effect until 8 AM PST this morning
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, roadways, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Flood Advisory remains in effect until 12 PM PST today
- Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 10 AM PST Tuesday morning
- Heavy snow expected above 7000 feet. For the eastern Sierra slopes, new snow accumulations around 8 inches at the resort level and a foot at the crest, with locally higher amounts in heavier showers. For the Spring Mountains and Sheep Range, new snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches between 7000 and 8000 feet and over a foot above 8000 feet.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Heavy wet snow will add weight to sensitive structures and rooftops.
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM PST Tuesday afternoon
- Snow with additional accumulations of 8 to 14 inches above 7000 feet, and 3 to 8 inches between 6500 and 7000 feet. Below 6500 feet, accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are possible. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph along Sierra ridges in the morning.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult at times. The hazardous conditions could impact daily commutes through this evening.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 11 PM PST this evening
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 11 AM PST this morning
- Minor coastal flooding.
- Impacts: Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.

- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
Wind Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM CST this evening
- Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected.
- Impacts: Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

- Impacts: Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
