A dangerous heat wave will continue across parts of the central and southern Plains, Lower Mississippi Valley, and the Gulf Coast with daytime heat indices approaching or exceeding 110F. Thunderstorms, some severe, may contribute to flash flooding across portions of the Four Corners Region and the central/southern Rockies; parts of the Mid-Mississippi Valley; and the North Central Plains. Flood Advisory remains in effect until 10 AM CST this morning
- Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 9:15 AM CST this morning
- Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
- Impacts: Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
Flood Warning remains in effect until 6 PM CST this evening
- Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, roadways, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 12:15 PM CST this afternoon
- Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 10 AM CST Thursday morning
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, roadways, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, roadways, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
Wind Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM EST this evening
- South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 50 mph expected.
- Impacts: Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM EST this afternoon
- Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze.
- Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

- Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility will make driving conditions hazardous. Air temperatures may be at or just above freezing, but road temperatures across the region are generally at or below freezing. Be prepared for slippery road conditions during your morning commute.
