Across east Texas and the lower Mississippi and Tennessee Valleys, periods of moderate to locally heavy rainfall will bring the potential for additional isolated flooding impacts through Friday and minor to moderate river flooding is forecast. For the Western US, behind a cold front widespread low elevation rain and mountain snow is expected through Thursday. Texas
Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 9 AM CST this morning
- Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
- Impacts: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
Flood Warning remains in effect until 12 PM CST today
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and upstream runoff continues.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 12 PM CST today
- Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Isolated areas may be at or below freezing, and light icing can occur, especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges.
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 9 PM CST this evening
- Minor coastal flooding.
- Impacts: Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 12 PM CST today
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, roadways, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

Winter Winter Advisory remains in effect until 11 PM MST this evening
- Snow. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches, locally higher in the upper Cottonwoods.
- Impacts: Plan on potential winter driving conditions, particularly along higher mountain routes and passes.
Ohio
Flood Advisory remains in effect until 10:45 AM EST this morning
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
Flood Warning remains in effect until 1 PM EST this afternoon
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and snowmelt is expected.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, roadways, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall and snowmelt.

- Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches except up to 8 inches above 8500 feet.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. Tire traction will be reduced. Extend the distance between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.

- Visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Slick spots may develop on bridges and overpasses as well as other exposed surfaces.
