North Carolina
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 12 PM EST today
- Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.
- Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

- Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Flood Advisory remains in effect until 11 AM EST Tuesday morning
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
- Impacts: Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.
West Virginia
Flood Warning remains in effect until 7 PM EST this evening
- Large stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, roadways, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall, while others have crested and are starting to drop.
New Jersey
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM EST Tuesday evening
- Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.
- Impacts: At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads in coastal and bayside communities, and along inland tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible.

Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 10 AM PST this morning
- Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
