- Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

Blizzard Warning remains in effect until 10 AM PST Wednesday morning
- Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 10 and 18 inches above 4000 feet. Below 4000 feet up to 10 inches. Winds gusting to 65 mph or higher. Blowing and drifting snow with visibilities one quarter mile or less.
- Impacts: Travel will be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact travel Monday night through Wednesday. Very strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.

- Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations above 2500 feet 1 to 2 feet, below 2500 feet up 6 to 10 inches. Winds gusting up to 35 mph with locally higher gusts in the mountains to 50 mph.
- Impacts: Travel will be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact travel through Wednesday. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.

- Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches in the valleys. Methow Valley to Mazama, snow accumulations up to 10 inches. Mountains above 4000 feet 8 to 20 inches, with highest amounts near the Cascade crest. Winds gusting as high as 20 mph in the valleys Tuesday. Mountain wind gusts up to 50 mph Tuesday.
- Impacts: Travel will be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact travel through Wednesday. Gusty winds could cause tree damage.
