- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.
Tennessee
Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 9 AM CDT this morning
- Visibility one-quarter mile or less in dense fog.
- Impacts: Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
Texas
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 11 AM CDT this morning
- Minor coastal flooding.
- Impacts: Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 9 AM CDT this morning
- Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog.
- Impacts: Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
South Dakota
Wind Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM CDT this afternoon
- Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
- Impacts: Sudden wind gusts can cause drivers to lose control, especially in lightweight or high profile vehicles. Strong winds can cause blowing dust, reduced visibility, and flying debris.
