Washington
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 4 PM PST Thursday afternoon
- Heavy snow at or above elevations greater than 4000 ft. Additional snow accumulations between 12 and 22 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
Coastal Flood Warning remains in effect until 1 PM PST this afternoon
- Moderate coastal flooding expected. Inundation of 2 to 2.5 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and low-lying coastal areas.
- Impacts: Significant coastal flooding due to high tides and storm surge is expected. This is expected to lead to numerous road closures. Low lying property including some critical infrastructure may be inundated.
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM PST this afternoon
- Minor coastal flooding expected. Inundation of around 2.5 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and low- lying coastal areas.
- Impacts: Minor coastal flooding due to tidal overflow is expected around high tide. This may lead to flooding of parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road closures expected.
High Wind Warning remains in effect until 9 AM PST this morning
- Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
- Impacts: Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Wind Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM PST this afternoon
- South to southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph.
- Impacts: Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Flood Warning remains in effect until 1 AM PST Friday morning
- Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
- Impacts: Moderate flooding from heavy rain, with deep and quick flood waters will inundate some residential areas and many roads.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 10 PM PST this evening
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Water over roadways.
Flood Advisory remains in effect until 4:15 PM PST this afternoon
- Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is expected. Water will be over some roadways.

Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 9 AM MST this morning
- Snow. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches, with locally higher amounts above 9000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

- Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
- Impacts: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 11:59 PM CST this evening
- Minor coastal flooding expected.
- Impacts: Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
Flood Warning remains in effect until 2 AM CST Sunday morning
- Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
- Impacts: Major flooding will occur. Roads near the river will be affected.
