Missouri
Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 9:30 AM CST this morning
- Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
- Impacts: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
Flood Warning remains in effect until 10 AM CST this morning
- Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 12:15 AM CST this afternoon
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings and roads may be flooded.
Montana
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5 AM MST Wednesday morning
- Total snow accumulations between 15 and 30 inches in northerly upslope favored areas, with 7 to 14 inches possible elsewhere. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible, and tire chains may be required for some vehicles. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines.
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5 PM MST this afternoon
- Snow expected above 4000 feet. Likelihood of moderate impacts from 3 to 6 inches of snow is greater than 90 percent, and up to a 50 percent chance of isolated major impacts from 6 to 10 inches or more of snow. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
- Impacts: For MODERATE impacts from snow, expect disruptions to normal activities. Use extra caution while driving. These conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute, especially over higher passes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
High Wind Warning remains in effect until 11 PM MST this evening
- Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph, with gusts up to 60 mph.
- Impacts: High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

- Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 6 AM CST Wednesday morning
- Minor coastal flooding.
- Impacts: Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
New Mexico

- Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

- Visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Freezing fog may deposit a thin layer of ice on overpasses and elevated surfaces, further worsening driving conditions.
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 11 PM MST Wednesday evening
- Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 3 and 6 inches, with greater amounts across the peaks.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
