Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 10:15 AM EST this morning
- Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding.
- Impacts: Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
Flood Warning remains in effect until 11 AM EST this morning
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. Water over roadways.

- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 7 PM EST this evening
- Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Water over roadways.
New Mexico
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5 PM MST this evening
- Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 4 inches, except 4 to 8 inches in the Chuska Mountains. Areas of dense freezing fog could develop overnight.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. Tire traction will be reduced. Extend the distance between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you. This includes along portions of Interstate 40 and U.S. Highway 550. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute. Isolated power outages can be expected.
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5 PM MST Friday evening
- Wet snow. Freezing rain will mix with the snow during the morning hours. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches, particularly in the western and northern portions of Quay County. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
- Impacts: Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions. This includes portions of Interstate 40.

High Wind Warning remains in effect until 4 PM PST this afternoon
- Northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 60 mph.
- Impacts: Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Wind Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM PST this afternoon
- Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.
- Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Dense Smoke Advisory remains in effect until 9 AM PST this morning
- Visibility one-quarter to one-half mile in areas of dense smoke.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
