Wyoming
High Wind Warning remains in effect until 5 PM MST Wednesday evening
- West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected.
- Impacts: Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers.
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5 AM MST Wednesday morning
- Heavy snow. Heavy snow at times today. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 8 inches with locally higher amounts possible at higher elevations. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes.

- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Water over roadways is expected.
Maine
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM EST this afternoon
- Mixed precipitation. Little additional snow accumulation for a storm total of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze.
- Impacts: Difficult travel conditions are possible due to icy road conditions. This is especially true on untreated side roads. Even light snowfall amounts can accumulate on roads and cause dangerous driving conditions due to snow covered roads. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 7 AM EST Thursday morning
- Flooding caused by heavy rain, snowmelt, and ice jams are possible.
- Impacts: The combination of rain and snowmelt will result in widespread and potentially significant flooding. The heavy rainfall rates could trigger flash flood conditions. For northern streams river ice is expected to move and could result in ice jam flooding.

- Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
