- Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 6 to 13 inches.
- Impacts: Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

Lake Effect Snow Warning remains in effect until 7 PM EST Friday evening
- Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 3 feet in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will produce considerable blowing and drifting snow and near whiteout conditions at times.
- Impacts: Travel will be very difficult with deep snow cover on roads and very poor visibility. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility, with near whiteout conditions at times. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning and evening commutes today.
Flood Warning remains in effect until 4 PM EST Friday afternoon
- Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
- Impacts: At 12.0 feet, Flood stage. Some Roads closed due to minor flooding near the rivers.

- Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 2 to 4 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow.
- Impacts: Travel will be difficult with snow covered roads and reduced visibility. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning and evening commutes today.
California
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM PST this afternoon
- Snow. Snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches above 7000 feet with 4 to 8 inches on the Sierra crest. Ridge winds gusting as high 80 mph.
- Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 3 PM PST Saturday afternoon
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
- Impacts: There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Water over roadways is expected.
Wind Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM PST this evening
- North to northwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts of 35 to 45 mph expected. Wind gusts will be highest in the mountains.
- Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for drivers of high profile vehicles.
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM PST this evening
- Minor coastal flooding expected.
- Impacts: Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
