A winter storm will continue to bring moderate to heavy snow to portions of the Central and Southern Rockies through Friday morning. Locally heavy rainfall may result in isolated flash flooding concerns in the southern Plains. Across the southeast, a stalled front will continue to produce heavy rainfall over the next few days which could lead to isolated flooding. New Mexico
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 2 AM MST Friday morning
- Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 5 inches except between 5 and 12 inches above 7500 feet across the Northern Mountains. Ice accumulations around a light glaze across Union and Harding counties.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. Tire chains may be necessary if traveling through mountain passes. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. This includes portions of the I-25 corridor from Glorieta Pass to Raton Pass, and the I-40 corridor through Tijeras Canyon. The weight of heavy wet snow may lead to power outages from broken tree limbs and downed power lines.
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 2 AM MST Friday morning
- Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches except between 1 and 3 inches above 7500 feet and ice accumulations around a light glaze across the Central Highlands.
- Impacts: Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions. This includes portions of I-40. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
Florida
Coastal Flood Warning remains in effect until 1 PM EST Saturday afternoon
- Significant coastal flooding expected.
- Impacts: Coastal roads may be closed. Low lying property including homes, businesses and some critical infrastructure will be inundated.
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 1 AM EST Sunday morning
- Minor coastal flooding.
- Impacts: Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
Wind Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM EST Friday afternoon
- Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
- Impacts: Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 11 PM EST this evening
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Water may be over roadways.

Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM MST this afternoon
- Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
- Impacts: Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility and slick spots from freezing fog.
Freezing Fog Advisory remains in effect until 11 AM MST this morning
- Visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog. Minor ice accumulation possible.
- Impacts: Periods of very low visibility and freezing fog will result in hazardous travel conditions through Thursday morning across southeast Wyoming.
