- Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

- Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches, except up to 12 inches near Crater Lake. South to southwest winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
High Wind Warning remains in effect until 7 PM PST this evening
- South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
- Impacts: Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Some power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
