A prolonged atmospheric river event will continue to bring moderate to heavy rain with a risk for flooding to northern into central California with heavy mountain snow in the Sierras, southern Cascades, and northern Rockies through midweek. High winds may bring power outages and make for difficult travel across northern Nevada and the central Rockies. Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 11 PM MST this evening
- Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. Strong winds will create hazardous conditions with blowing and drifting snow.
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5 PM MST this evening
- Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
- Impacts: Travel could be difficult. Gusty winds will produce areas of blowing and drifting snow.
High Wind Warning remains in effect until 11 AM MST this morning
- Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph.
- Impacts: Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers.

Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 10 AM PST Wednesday morning
- Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 feet below 5500 feet, up to 5 feet over. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
- Impacts: Travel will be very difficult to impossible. Slick travel conditions are expected, with chain controls likely. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening through Tuesday evening commutes. Strong winds could cause reduced visibility and tree damage.

- Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 7 inches.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

- Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is expected. Water is over roadways.

- Hydrologic flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Additional rainfall and excessive runoff will result in rapid rises and potential flooding of rivers, creeks and streams, as well as poor drainage and urban areas. Water over roadways is expected.

- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Water over the roads is possible.

- South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
- Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
