- Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
- Impacts: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
Flood Warning remains in effect until 2:15 PM EST this afternoon
- Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
- Impacts: Flooding of small rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 1 PM EST this afternoon
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff has resulted in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Additional creeks and streams will likely rise out of their banks. Water over roadways is expected.
Ice Storm Warning remains in effect until 12:15 PM EST this afternoon
- Significant icing. Additional ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch.
- Impacts: Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread power outages. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

- Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations around a light glaze.
- Impacts: Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.
Michigan
Blizzard Warning remains in effect until 1 AM EST Friday morning
- Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
- Impacts: Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday evening commute. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and lead to power outages.
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 7 AM EST Friday morning
- Gusty winds and snow are expected, transitioning to lake effect snow tonight. Blowing and drifting snow. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches, with locally higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
- Impacts: Very low visibilities will occur at times. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.

- South winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected.
- Impacts: Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
