Summary:
Across the Pacific Northwest, a plume of Pacific moisture will continue to bring moderate to locally heavy rainfall to lower elevations and heavy snow to the northern Cascades into the northern Rockies through Monday. Warm spring-like temperatures will expand over the western and central U.S. this week. Record tying or breaking highs will be possible from Texas west into the Desert Southwest. Impacted Lanes: I-25, I-80, I-94, I-90, I-15, I-41, I-43, I-96, I-75, I-10, I-12, I-59, I-49, I-55, I-87, I-84, I-91, I-95, I-93, I-89, I-88


Wisconsin
Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 1 PM CDT this afternoon

  • Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 3 inches except between 3 and 5 inches for northern Iron County.
  • Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 1 PM CDT this afternoon

  • Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches, except up to four inches in east-central Ashland county.
  • Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Wyoming
High Wind Warning remains in effect until 6 PM MDT this evening

  • West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.
  • Impacts: Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers.

Louisiana
Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 10 AM CDT this morning

  • Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
  • Impacts: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Flood Warning remains in effect until further notice

  • Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
  • Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

Flood Advisory remains in effect until 1 AM CDT Wednesday morning

  • Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
  • Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. 

WInd Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM CDT this afternoon

  • Westerly winds 35 to 45 mph.
  • Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
