A slow-moving storm system will continue rounds of low elevation rain showers and higher elevation rain/snow over the Ohio Valley and Northeast through midweek. Heavy wet snow on the backside of this storm could accumulate up to two feet through Monday across northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. - Impacts: Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from heavy rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
