Summary:
Remnants of Beryl to bring heavy rain, flooding and potentially severe weather today from the Lower Arkansas River Valley, northeast into the Middle Mississippi Valley, Lower Ohio Valley and Lower Great Lakes; This system will track into the Northeast on Wednesday. Record heat to continue across large portions of the west coast, Gulf coast, Northeast and East Coast states. Impacted Lanes: I-40, I-44, I-70, I-69, I-74, I-72, I-55, I-57, I-65, I-75, I-275, I-94, I-96, I-95


Missouri 
Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 9:15 AM CDT this morning

  • Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
  • Impacts: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Flood Warning remains in effect until 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday evening

  • Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
  • Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, roadways, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

Flood Advisory remains in effect until 9:15 AM CDT this morning

  • Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
  • Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Flood Watch remains in effect until 9:15 AM CDT Wednesday morning

  • Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
  • Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, roadways, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Louisiana
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 3 PM CDT this afternoon

  • Minor coastal flooding of up to 1 foot above ground level during high tide.
  • Impacts: Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.

New Jersey
Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 10 AM EDT this morning

  • Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
  • Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

Additional Dense Fog Advisories include but are not limited to: Delaware, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York
