Dangerous heat will affect the Midwest into the Mid-Atlantic where several new high records are forecast. Monsoonal moisture may produce heavy rainfall and isolated flash flooding in the Southwest and Southern Rockies. Florida
Flood Warning remains in effect until 2:15 PM EDT this afternoon
- Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
- Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 10 AM EDT this morning
- Visibility of a quarter-mile or less in dense fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Washington
Wind Advisory remains in effect until 9 PM PDT this evening
- Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
- Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

- Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Water over roadways is possible.
