California

- Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult due to snow covered roads.
Flood Watch remains in effect until 11 PM PDT this evening
- Flooding caused by excessive rainfall due to thunderstorms is possible.
- Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. Water may be over roadways.
Montana
Flood Advisory remains in effect until 12:15 PM MDT this afternoon
- Ongoing Minor Flooding Impacts From Recent Rainfall.
- Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Water over roadways.
Delaware
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 3 PM EDT Friday afternoon
- One to two feet of inundation above ground level in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.
- Impacts: Widespread roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal waterways. Many roads become impassable.
Georgia
Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 11 AM EDT this morning
- Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected along shorelines and tidal waterways.
- Impacts: Saltwater inundation will impact some roads.
Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 10 AM EDT this morning
- Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
- Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
South Dakota
Wind Advisory remains in effect until 3 PM MDT this afternoon
- Westerly winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts around 50 mph.
- Impacts: Sudden wind gusts can cause drivers to lose control, especially in lightweight or high profile vehicles. Strong winds can cause blowing dust, reduced visibility, and flying debris. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
